- 1 leg of lamb
- Anchovies.
- Make some slits in the lamb, then poke in the anchovies.
- Roast the lamb as you normally do.
A client of mine told me about this. Apparently it is completely wonderful and doesn’t taste like anchovies shoved in lamb. The anchovies and lamb together are greater than the two parts. I shall be cooking this this Easter Sunday. I’m already feeling hungry.
