4 Sticks of Celery

1/2 Fennel

Several Handfuls of Mushrooms

Olive Oil

Italian Seasoning

Salt & Pepper

 

1 Chop the celery &  fennel into small pieces

2 Prepare a sauce pan with olive oil & add the celery & fennel

3 Cover & leave to cook until softened, checking occasionally to make sure they don’t burn

4 Chop the mushrooms & add them to the pan

5 Add Italian seasoning, salt & pepper & leave until everything is well cooked.
